Please note orders including engraved ID tags will take an additional 5-10 days to process.

All prices stated below. All orders include track and trace and are dispatched from Wairarapa, New Zealand.

Please note: some countries impose tariffs on goods coming in from New Zealand, please check this for your country before ordering. Any tariffs imposed are to be paid by the customer.

Returns

We're sure you'll love our products as much as we do. But in case you don't, we make returns super easy. We accept all returns within 30 days of you receiving the item for refund or exchange at your own cost.

All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached and items in their dust bags.

Ollie & James reserve the right to not issue refunds/exchanges if returned items are not in new condition as determined by our team.

Refunds

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

We'll refund the purchase price to your credit or debt card or Afterpay account within 3-5 business days of the item being received. The refund is exclusive of any shipping costs you have incurred.

Exchanges

We do ask that you choose your product and size carefully using our size guide. However, if you find yourself needing to make then we'll make it easy.

If there is difference is price between the item purchased the one you want to exchange it for, we will credit or debit the card or Afterpay account used on the initial purchase to cover the difference. 

The cost to ship the new/replacement item out to you is the same as per our regular shipping rate and is dependent on your shipping location (Free for New Zealand).
