Delivery

We're experiencing some delays in shipping due to high volumes of orders during our recent sale. We aim to have all orders purchased within our recent sale processed by early next week (16 July). You will receive tracking details by email once your order is shipped.

Please note orders including engraved ID tags will take an additional 5-10 days to process.

All prices stated below are in New Zealand Dollar ($NZD). All orders include track and trace and are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.

Returns

Although we hope you love all your items from OLLIE & JAMES, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

OLLIE & JAMES will provide a refund, exchange or credit note for all full price items that meet to the below conditions.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Tags must be attached and items in original packaging
3. Items must be unworn/unused and returned in original condition.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at hello@ollieandjames.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 30 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or used in any way, will not be accepted for return. OLLIE & JAMES reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

• We will email you return confirmation and address within 1-3 business days
• Once your return is received by our warehouse, your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed.
