It's a busy time of year and we want to make sure you get your parcels in time for Christmas and the holidays. These dates are a guideline provided by New Zealand Post, please note that OLLIE & JAMES cannot guarantee delivery times.
But the sooner you get your order in the more likely you'll get it in time!

Returns
Although we hope you love all your items from OLLIE & JAMES, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
OLLIE & JAMES will provide a refund, exchange or credit note for all full price items that meet to the below conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- Tags must be attached and items in original packaging
- Items must be unworn/unused and returned in original condition.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.
We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at hello@ollieandjames.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 30 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or used in any way, will not be accepted for return. OLLIE & JAMES reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
