Lead Sizing
Our leads are 130cm long and 2cm wide.
Collar Sizing
(Neck diameter / collar width)
Extra Small: 21-29cm / 2.5cm
Small: 29-36cm / 3cm
Medium: 36-45cm / 3.5cm
Large: 45-59cm / 4cm
Measure your dogs neck where the collar will naturally sit. Measure with a tape allowing two fingers to fit snugly between the tape and your dog's neck.
If you don't have a measuring tape you can use a piece of string, then measure the length with a ruler. If you are unsure of size or are in between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

Harness Sizing

Extra small: 24-36cm / 40-52cm
Small: 34-46cm / 50-62cm
Medium-large: 44-56cm / 60-72cm
The harness should sit lower on the neck, just above the dogs shoulder bones.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 days returns policy in place if you're not 100% happy with your order. We'll provide a full refund, exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.
Conditions for returns:
1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order; and
2. All original tags must remain attached; and
3. Item(s) must be unworn/unused, and returned in original condition.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.
